Thank you for choosing Mysterious for your self-care journey. Our products are made with intention and care. Because many items are handcrafted upon order and involve personal-use components, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by law.

By placing an order with Mysterious, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Mysterious are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Handmade cosmetic products

  • Books

  • Gift sets

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Pre-orders

  • Sale items

  • Digital products (if applicable)

We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges once an order has been processed.


2. Handmade Cosmetic Products

Our cosmetic products are handmade and made-to-order to ensure freshness and quality.
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons:

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any cosmetic product.

  • We are not liable for reactions, sensitivities, or allergies.
    Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and performing patch tests before use.


3. Books and Physical Goods

Books and other physical items are non-refundable once purchased.
We cannot accept returns due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item purchased by the customer


4. Order Cancellations

Because products are prepared and/or handmade shortly after purchase:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

  • We do not provide refunds for accidental, duplicate, or unauthorized purchases made by the customer.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

Mysterious is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Damage occurring during transit

If an issue arises, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds or replace items unless the carrier approves the claim.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by inaccurate information

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Reshipment fees are the customer’s responsibility if a package is returned to us.


7. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products may contain natural or cosmetic ingredients that can cause allergic reactions.

Mysterious is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Skin sensitivities

  • Improper usage

  • Misunderstanding of product descriptions

Customers are advised to read ingredient lists carefully and conduct a patch test before applying.


8. Quality Variations in Handmade Products

Due to the nature of handmade production:

  • Colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly from batch to batch

  • These natural variations are not grounds for refunds or replacements

Nothing in this policy is intended to override any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mysterious disclaims all liability for:

  • Losses due to misuse

  • Customer negligence

  • Failure to follow product instructions

  • Situations beyond our control (weather, carriers, customs, etc.)
